The main axis on which QFS relies is their employees , establishing a relationship between different departments to optimize costs and resources, and establish an exchange of cultures and values.
Functions are determined by the department to which personnel belong and the position held in the organization.
Within the distribution of functions and tasks, as a basis, the following points are taken into account:
- All upper and middle managers are trained in accordance with the job they perform.
- The dynamics of the company work through interdisciplinary groups where each member contributes their knowledge based on training and experience.
- The company has a policy of on-going training through which all QFS staff receive at least one course per year , depending on their position within the company.
- Evaluation and Job Promotion .
The management team is known for their knowledge , professionalism and total dedication to the company.
Health and safety is a priority for the company :
- Guide and control the reduction, elimination and prevention of occupational hazards .
- Comply with applicable health and safety laws at work and other requirements with which the organization complies.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the management system in order to prevent health and safety risks.
- Establish and promote staff objectives and commitments, with the objective of preventing occupational hazards.
- Provide adequate resources for the development of a Management systems and occupational Health and Safety management.
