Facilities
QFS S.L. , has facilities which are located in the industrial area in Fortuna ( Murcia) , and has a total area of 40,000 m2 , of which 6,300 m2 are intended for production lines and the rest for storage.
The production area can be separated into three distinct areas :
- The area for frozen roasted or grilled vegetables.
- The area for frozen pre-fried vegetables.
- The mixing and packaging area.
EACH OF THESE AREAS IS WLL EQUIPPED TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AT ALL TIMES.
At the same time, the company has a quality management system which allows us to obtain product information in real time.
These systems allow us to establish a complete ascending / descending TRACEABILITY of our products in both directions (client↔QFS↔supplier) and proper warehouse management (FIFO ).
